In-county Rate (for residents of Schley, Stewart, Webster, Marion and Chattahoochee counties - $21 per year.
Out of County Rate (for mailing addresses outside of Marion, Schley, Stewart, Webster and Chattahoochee counties but in the state of Georgia) - $28 per year.
Out of State Rate (all mailing addresses outside of Georgia) - $38 per year.
